Love this place. They have a good selection of foods and restaurants like Wings, Mike Jersey, Five Guys, Starbucks, Chipotle and more. There are tables and chairs outside for you to sit and enjoy your meals and beautiful weather. A good place to hangout...

Love this little cozy mall. Always have so many options to mix it up for a meal. Whether its something nutritious like POKE, a craving for dessert 31 Flavors or just a quick pick up of one grocery item for the day or snack at Grocery Outlet.

Great mix of retail stores, most of them national. Grocery Outlet has filled a void that existed for decades and places like Chipotle, Starbucks, and Five Guys help bring in much needed tax revenue to Imperial Beach. Owners really care about this property and it shows.

Awesome stuff to do there. I went and ended up getting a haircut at great clips and Sue hooked it. I usually go to a really expensive barber and I switched over to her. Grocery outlet is a great place also

Great quality and choices in the seafood staff is friendly everything tasted fresh I don't recommend the octopus it is a little chewy

This center has Starbucks and five guys and a wing stop and a t-mobile. Im here once a week and great customer service. Even the jersey mikes has great sandwiches. Parking could be bigger and people drive to fast in the lot just be careful.

Five Guys are in that Tiwn Center area. Great burgers and strawberry shake.
